and performance evaluations of all employed technicians and customer service
representatives.
Ms. Herman has over 15 years experience in business administration. She
has held positions with the Santa Monica Airport as Office/Business Manager,
Staff Assistant IV and Staff Assistant III. Prior to this she was the
Business Manager of Inglewood Estates II. She joined the team at City
Lights Software in 1999.
