InterServe Networks, Inc.  is  a  multifaceted  computer  and  internet publishing company.   We create and  market   innovative,  value  added products, programs and software for the computer, satellite, internet and cable industries.  Our philosophy is simple,  to provide  quality service to our community  and  to  the  computer / communications  industry.   The cornerstone of  this philosophy  is the  family  based team of  James and Lecia Neusom.  Lecia "Candy" Best-Neusom, commonly referred to as the " BEST "  Neusom, is the rock solid foundation of the business.

Mrs. Neusom has a strong background in business and technology.  She has  first hand experience in  Law, a field she has worked in for over 10 years, and in Finance  where she  is currently  works as a loan broker  in the  rapidly expanding  Las Vegas  real-estate  market.   Her administrative  support  skills,  including teaching computer  applications, word processing,  database management,  desk top publishing and web design are a never ending resource for the company.  She is a driving force behind the scenes and the face of compassion and community service for InterServe Networks and City Lights Software.

Mrs. Neusom  has been  active in  the  church community  for over  15  years  and  has established  a national reputation  for integrity and professionalism.  Wife and mother of two teenage girls,  as an ordained, licensed minister, she  has  found  time  to  minister  to  the  needs  of  her community  in  the  areas of  counseling  unwed  mothers  and battered  women,  job  and  computer  training  for  welfare recipients, as well as  sponsoring  and mentoring teenage girls in the arts and fashion industry.  

She  was  educated  at  the  University  of  Wisconsin  and Colorado and achieved a degree in Business from Bryant & Stratton College in Milwaukee WI.   She was crowned  Ms. Wisconsin and experienced a career as a professional singer and  recording artist.   One of  her daughters, Eden is currently following in  her footsteps as the first African-American to be crowned Ms. Junior Teen Nevada USA.

Ms. Neusom has a heart for Christ and is called to minister the gospel through the word, song, and deeds.
